Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Virtual Staging. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Uploaded content

You warrant that you own the copyright to photographs you upload or have written authorization from the owner to use them with our tool. You remain the copyright holder. You grant us a license to store, process, and generate derivative images for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

2. Generated images

You own the output images. Your use must comply with applicable law, including AI disclosure rules like California AB 723 and relevant MLS policies. Misrepresenting a property's condition via AI-enhanced photos is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to produce content that defrauds buyers, violates securities or housing law, depicts minors inappropriately, or infringes another party's rights.

4. Refunds

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days. See the refund policy.

5. Service changes

We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
