What we collect

Account: email, optional display name, locale, country.
Uploads: room photos you submit, with GPS / device metadata stripped server-side.
Usage: generation history, quota ledger, and billing events — for audit compliance (California AB 723, Generative AI Measures) we keep audit logs for 3 years.
Diagnostics: Sentry crash reports include stack traces and user-agent; no upload content is included.

Third parties

Stripe — payment processing (card data never reaches our servers).
Cloudflare R2 — object storage for images.
OpenAI — AI image generation. Images are transferred for inference and not retained by the provider.
Sentry — error monitoring.

Your rights

GDPR / CCPA: you may request an export of your data or deletion of your account at any time. Email privacy@ai-virtual-staging.com. We respond within 30 days.

Users in mainland China: personal data is stored in Chinese infrastructure (Alibaba Cloud Beijing). Cross-border transfer for payment processing follows Standard Contractual Clauses.
