AI Disclosure

Every image produced by AI Virtual Staging is generated or meaningfully modified by artificial intelligence. We apply disclosure watermarks by default where required by law, and we retain an audit log of every generation for 3 years.

California AB 723

Paid downloads by California users automatically carry the “AI-enhanced staging” label in the bottom-right corner. The label is 12pt minimum, semi-transparent white background, black text, contrast 4.5:1.

Japan (宅建業法 2025 update)

Paid downloads by Japanese users will carry the “AI生成画像” label in V1 of the product. Until the Japanese site launches, we recommend manual disclosure in your listing copy.

China (生成式AI服务管理办法)

Users in mainland China will have “AI合成” overlaid on downloads in V1, alongside the 3-year audit log retention.

Audit log

For every generation we retain: the user id (or anonymous session id), the hashed IP, the user agent, the prompt sent to the model, the model id, and the output URL. Retention: 3 years. Purpose: judicial compliance and internal fraud investigation.
