Subscriptions

First-time subscribers (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly) can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. After day 7, the subscription can still be cancelled but the current period is not prorated.

Single Listing ($29) pack

Single Listing purchases are non-refundable because the images are generated on demand at real inference cost. If none of your outputs are satisfactory we offer 5 free re-runs per pack — email support@ai-virtual-staging.com with your order id.

How to request a refund

Email support@ai-virtual-staging.com within the window. Include your account email and order id. We respond within 2 business days.
